- Conduct operational controlling for the CEE business cluster
- Derive and track operational improvement measures
- Prepare the annual budget
- Prepare periodic financial forecasts
- Serve as main contact for local external auditors
- Serve as main contact for local tax authorities
- Liaise with the central finance department in Germany
- Manage local statutory reporting
- Prepare Intrastat reports
- Submit VAT advance returns
- Serve as financial sparring partner for local management
- Serve as financial sparring partner for the sales organization
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting Shared Service Center
