Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or comparable field
  • Professional experience in controlling and projects
  • First experience with IFRS or reporting
  • Strong SAP knowledge at key user level
  • Very good MS Office skills

Tasks

  • Act as a trusted business partner to mill management
  • Analyze financial and operational data
  • Create transparency through data analysis
  • Translate numbers into clear recommendations for action
  • Support management decisions at site and group level
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensure data quality and consistency
  • Perform product cost controlling and monthly costing
  • Conduct deviation analysis
  • Prepare and explain monthly management and group reporting
  • Act as financial partner for internal mill and investment projects
  • Handle ad-hoc analyses
  • Prepare executive summaries for decision-making
  • Contribute to cross-site and European projects
  • Act as Deputy Manager Mill Controlling

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
