- Design and implement a comprehensive Change capability strategy.
- Partner with the Capability & Practice Lead for integration.
- Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to Consultants.
- Elevate Consultants' expertise in the human element of change.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on high-priority projects.
- Consult directly with business on key initiatives.
- Collaborate with Content Leads and P&C stakeholders.
- Align Change practices with broader organizational goals.
- Oversee systems and resources for scalable Change delivery.
- Monitor industry trends for Consulting AoP.
- Deliver impactful results within a matrixed environment.
