  • Achievement of progressively higher quota and customer interface
  • 5+ years of experience in specialty sales
  • Knowledge about product, service, solution, and competitor offerings
  • Specialized technical product/service/solution knowledge
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Solid communication and presentation skills
  • Product demonstration, customer training, product installation skills
  • Conceptualization and articulation of targeted solutions
  • Knowledge of industry trends and key partner solutions
  • Regular use of Sales force for deal profile and forecasting
  • Fluency in German and English
