Requirements
- 5-8+ years communications & media relations experience (media, entertainment, music, sports, lifestyle preferred)
- Brand partnership management experience
- Passion for PR, brand storytelling & bold content ideas
- Strong media relationships with DACH media (Germany)
- Proven record pitching/securing consumer/business press
- Deep understanding of DACH business/lifestyle media
- Experience building media narratives with data/insights
- Strong content strategy expertise
- Ability to lead editorial/social media campaigns
- Ability to manage reputational risks
- Agency experience or agency management experience
- Project management skills (planning/execution)
- Experience crafting executive messaging
- C-suite executive liaison experience
Tasks
- Plan and implement corporate and consumer communication strategies for DACH.
- Support daily proactive brand storytelling.
- Drive policy communications.
- Translate policy issues into accessible content.
- Support strategic policy communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with the GR team for message alignment.
- Develop integrated communication strategies for brand and partnership initiatives.
- Execute integrated communication strategies for brand and partnership initiatives.
- Craft compelling narratives and messaging for cultural and purpose-driven partnerships.
- Develop DACH communication materials: pitches, messaging, narratives, and media FAQs.
- Build and maintain a proactive editorial and social media calendar for partnerships.
- Drive partnership storytelling across diverse sectors.
- Support daily management of German communication agencies.
- Build strong relationships with DACH media across various verticals.
- Manage press outreach, media briefings, and story pitching.
- Oversee press materials, including releases, messaging, and Q&As.
- Support DACH media inquiries.
- Gather data and draft statements for media responses.
- Provide timely responses to media inquiries.
- Collaborate with CS to investigate media queries.
