- Produce ad-hoc deep dive reports
- Summarize key insights for senior stakeholders
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Enable derivation of measures for channel owners
- Optimize message impact
- Select and operate IT tools for monitoring and analysis
- Support tooling and infrastructure implementation
