Requirements

  • Completed studies (preferably industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or business administration)
  • Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing
  • Knowledge of contract law
  • Project management skills and experience
  • High technical affinity for mechanical Engineering/Electrics & Electronics
  • Comprehensive negotiation experience

  • Very good analytical thinking skills
  • Independent, flexible, and efficient work style
  • Confident interaction with management levels

Tasks

  • Manage the full product life cycle for your cluster.
  • Manage all purchasing activities aligned with commodity strategy.
  • Collaborate with R&D, QM, and SCM globally.
  • Lead purchasing negotiations and conclude contracts.
  • Support Cost-Quality-Delivery goals by integrating suppliers early.
  • Monitor and steer supplier performance.
  • Observe and analyze supply markets.

  • Bachelor's degree
