Description

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing projects from contract initiation to warranty completion, ensuring that safety, budget, and quality targets are met while coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• •University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or comparable commercial field
• •At least 5 years of professional experience
• •Minimum of 2 years in a senior commercial role on large-scale EPC or complex plant construction projects
• •Strong knowledge in cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and project cost control methodologies
• •Practical understanding of contract terms, claims, variations, and commercial negotiations
• •Experience in subcontractor coordination and internal/external reporting
• •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• •Fluent English; proficiency in Excel, SAP/ERP, reporting tools
• •Multicultural teamwork experience; ability to work under pressure in complex project environments
• •Willingness to travel internationally

Tasks

• •Manage a single-line project from contract effectiveness to warranty completion
• •Serve as the main contact for all commercial, financial, and contractual matters
• •Ensure project targets for safety, budget, schedule, and quality are met
• •Collaborate with the Project Manager on customer communication
• •Oversee contract variations, claims, and cost controlling
• •Forecast and report in line with FIDIC / EPC change and claims mechanisms
• •Coordinate invoicing and cash flow management
• •Manage subcontractor relationships and insurance handling
• •Address export and tax topics with supporting departments
• •Conduct regular risk reviews and implement mitigation measures
