Requirements

  • Degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or comparable practical experience
  • Experience in collateral/asset valuation, ideally preparing/reviewing appraisals (movable assets a plus)
  • Proficiency and enthusiasm in data handling and Excel/Spreadsheets for statistical analysis
  • Ability and eagerness to screen market platforms for movable assets
  • Ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise summaries and recommendations
  • Analytic, pragmatic, and solution/result-driven approach
  • Excellent communication in English and German (B2+); CEE language knowledge is an advantage

Tasks

  • Support team in valuing collateral
  • Prepare and review appraisals
  • Develop asset value curves
  • Analyze recoveries for asset value curves
  • Review appraisals from Network-Units
  • Define asset value curves
  • Analyze recoveries for discounts
  • Collaborate with asset and collateral managers
  • Work with product, account, and risk managers
  • Guide NWU collateral and asset managers

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
