• •Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• •Reliability, flexibility, and proactive approach to challenges
• •MPLS/Peering/IPsec connectivity; BGP policy control; cipher compliance; HA testing; VRF management
• •Strong WAN BGP/MPLS background
• •IPsec VPN ops and QoS understanding
• •Certifications: CCNP Service Provider, Fortinet NSE 4, ITIL Foundation
• •MPLS-Based L3VPN
• •Cloud Peering (Direct Connect, Express Route and interconnect)
• •IPSec Gateway
• •VRF Segmentation for customers
• •BGP Route-Policy Control and filtering
• •Vendor: Cisco, Arista, AWX

Tasks

• •Analyze and resolve operational incidents
• •Document incident management processes
• •Escalate issues and coordinate within the team
• •Plan and assess the impact of changes
