Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Sciences, Health Studies, Sonography, Healthcare Management, or related field, or qualified Sonographer, Midwife, Radiographer, or Biomedical Analyst
- Strong understanding of women’s health and ultrasound technology
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a clinical environment
- Team player in collaborative settings
- Well-organized, effective time management, clear presentation and discussion skills
- Self-starter with proactive, can-do mindset
- Prior experience in clinical product management, engineering support, or customer relationship management
Tasks
- Support clinical evaluations at customer sites
- Represent the voice of the customer
- Liaise between regional and engineering teams
- Define and refine products and services
- Act as a clinical voice in product discussions
- Gather clinical feedback from customers and regional teams
- Translate clinical insights into product roadmaps and NPI definition
- Provide clinical input for marketing stories
- Support and participate in external product evaluations
- Engage in clinical research discussions with key opinion leaders
- Drive product quality through testing and V&V activities
- Contribute to AI-based clinical tool development
- Develop training materials for NPIs
- Present to customers and user groups
- Represent the portfolio at trade shows
- Promote the product roadmap internally
- Deliver sales training
- Build enthusiasm for the product
