- Apply models to quantify climate risks
- Monitor climate and environmental risks
- Perform scenario analysis for climate risks
- Conduct stress testing for climate risks
- Support integrating climate risk metrics into systems
- Design climate risk management frameworks
- Implement frameworks for real estate portfolios
- Evaluate the use of geospatial data
- Further develop geospatial data usage
- Perform ad-hoc analyses
- Prepare quarterly reports
- Monitor climate and environmental regulatory requirements
- Interpret regulatory requirements (ECB, EBA, EU Taxonomy, CSRD)
- Evaluate market trends for climate risk management
- Assess best practices in real estate climate risk
- Ensure timely implementation of regulatory changes
- Implement internal policy updates
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Engage with external stakeholders
- Provide expert input for reporting to senior management
