Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in documentation review, client onboarding, account opening, and client contact in financial institutions
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and pro-active teamwork
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and persistent
- Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high-risk environment
- Capable of prioritizing and eager to learn multiple products
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in handling urgent and escalation cases
- Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Tasks
- Manage customer interactions and documentation issuance
- Review and set up systems for client onboarding
- Oversee daily management of client onboarding processes
- Define client onboarding requirements for account openings
- Deliver high-quality service to customers and internal partners
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of client onboarding functions
- Resolve customer issues and provide superior customer service
- Participate in project management within client onboarding services
- Manage cross-functional relationships with various teams
- Meet or exceed customer expectations based on service level agreements
- Support new customer requirements and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations
- Maintain a strong culture of risk and controls within the team
- Perform routine tasks while developing broader contextual knowledge
- Exercise independent judgment and autonomy in decision-making
- Assess risk in business decisions to protect the firm's reputation
- Drive compliance with laws and regulations, reporting control issues transparently
