- Prepare for client visits and business trips
- Manage pre-processing for client visits and business trips
- Manage post-processing for client visits and business trips
- Independently manage customer administration
- Perform ongoing customer data maintenance
- Provide administrative and client-related support to advisors
- Handle general correspondence
- Execute client orders
- Manage customer payment operations
- Handle customer clarifications
- Process credit line renewals and applications
- Process loan renewals and applications
- Process guarantee renewals and applications
- Process credit card renewals and applications
- Conduct commercial follow-ups and special campaigns
