  • •Contribute to projects that build the Client Experience function
  • •Identify improvements while working within established SLAs
  • •Conduct daily administrative checks to ensure smooth operations
  • •Build strong relationships with client counterparts
  • •Set new standards for internal and external client communication
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering teams
  • •Create and maintain the Client Experience knowledge base
