Client and Sales Enablement Manager(m/w/x)
Driving enterprise SaaS sales for FX trading platforms, including Swaps and NDFs. Consultative sales experience in complex, long cycles required. 30 days annual leave, €1,000 education budget.
Requirements
- Experience in FX/FICC trading, trade support, client service, or account management
- Familiarity with banking software, ideally FX/electronic trading
- Strong interest in fintech and enterprise SaaS sales
- Resilience to navigate long, complex sales cycles
- Client-centric, consultative mindset
- Genuine interest in solving customer challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Comfortable in cross-functional, international environment
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel internationally bi-weekly to monthly
Tasks
- Identify and develop new clients, markets, and segments
- Execute cross- and upselling opportunities with existing clients
- Create and deliver tailored sales materials and product demos
- Engage senior stakeholders in commercial discussions
- Negotiate and close complex enterprise agreements
- Align Sales, Product, and Delivery teams for smooth client setups
- Support and oversee client onboarding processes
- Ensure excellent client experience from day one
