- Troubleshoot booking and system issues
- Generate and analyze travel reports
- Track KPIs and cost savings
- Present data insights to stakeholders
- Coordinate with airlines and hotels
- Negotiate rates with travel vendors
- Conduct traveler training sessions
- Distribute policy and program updates
- Monitor spending against budgets
- Implement cost-saving initiatives
- Manage booking tool performance
- Develop long-term account strategies
- Prepare quarterly business reviews
