- Guide project teams on documenting changes, delays, and additional costs
- Ensure accurate claim documentation, reporting, and tracking
- Collaborate with Project Management, Legal, and Finance to secure rights and optimize outcomes
- Introduce preventive measures and best practices to reduce future claims
- Contribute to internal training on claim-related topics
