Requirements

  • University degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of IT management or technology consulting experience
  • Strong technology background with knowledge of architecture, cloud technologies, portfolio management, and software engineering lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with agile ways of working and transformation
  • Technology strategy consulting experience and strong troubleshooting/problem analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and team skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in preparation and facilitation of workshops with senior participants
  • Exceptional proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Proven track record of supporting or leading successful digital transformation projects
  • Experience in a lead role (team or project) is desirable

Tasks

  • Prepare regular updates for Group CIO and COO
  • Provide strategic advice to Group CIO and COO
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders
  • Establish group-wide business enablement platforms
  • Establish group-wide tech foundation platforms
  • Guide cloud technology adoption for modern applications
  • Guide cloud technology adoption for data analytics
  • Guide cloud technology adoption for AI model creation
  • Support Digital Transformation initiatives
  • Support Agile Transformation initiatives
  • Integrate Business and IT processes
  • Streamline processes to improve business performance
  • Foster communication within IT communities
  • Foster operationalization within IT communities
  • Moderate and coordinate workshops
  • Create documentation for IT strategy Working Groups
  • Create resources for IT strategy Working Groups
