Tasks
- Manage key customer relationships
- Drive renewals and extensions
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Lead operational and commercial areas
- Manage a team of two FTEs and contractors
- Set priorities and ensure effective execution
- Work closely with CEO and CPO
- Oversee all business functions except product and tech
- Own day-to-day operations
- Manage P&L and business performance
- Lead finance and accounting
- Manage sales, account management, and customer success
- Oversee marketing and operations
- Scale Expeerly to CHF 5M in recurring revenue
- Maintain profitability
- Build and scale the team
- Develop systems and automations
- Ensure reliable operations
- Maintain a positive work culture
- Build and retain customer relationships
- Drive increasing investment from brands
- Strengthen Expeerly’s brand
- Position Expeerly as a leading video review platform
