Tasks
- Partner with CHRO and CLCO to shape strategic initiatives
- Prioritize and monitor strategic initiatives with leadership teams
- Translate enterprise goals into actionable programs with milestones
- Develop business cases and decision-ready materials for executives
- Ensure team alignment with strategic outcomes and transformation goals
- Drive cadence and quality of CHRO/CLCO-level meetings
- Monitor progress on key projects and ensure follow-through
- Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and misalignments early
- Coordinate CHRO/CLCO communications internally and externally
- Create clear, concise, and impactful presentations and reports
- Maintain consistent narrative and messaging across teams
- Provide strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, and organizational issues
- Serve as a trusted advisor on sensitive or complex matters
- Lead cross-functional projects to accelerate strategic outcomes
- Act as interim project leader during transitions
- Drive problem-solving for issues requiring executive attention
