- Very good local area knowledge and navigation tool confidence
- Fluent German and good English
- Professional appearance, presentation, and discretion
Tasks
- Safely transport guests between destinations
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations
- Deliver premium, discreet, and courteous service
- Represent Blacklane as a trusted brand ambassador
- Plan routes efficiently and monitor traffic
- Adapt routes to ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs
- Assist guests with luggage and vehicle entry/exit
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-presented
- Refuel the vehicle and report technical issues
- Use Blacklane tools to receive and document rides
- Collaborate with the Operations team on schedules
- Handle special requests and resolve issues
