  • Good understanding of European charging technologies and ecosystem

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) highly desirable

Tasks

  • Develop and run EV charging solutions
  • Support roadmap definition
  • Manage partnerships actively
  • Monitor and recommend pricing solutions
  • Monitor and recommend product offerings
  • Work on future projects like smart charging and V2G
  • Execute elements of the strategy and roadmap
  • Develop and execute the overall roadmap
  • Run current charging services
  • Ensure service continuity and high NPS
  • Exploit synergies between charging solutions
  • Analyze and improve service levels
  • Conduct continuous market research
  • Conduct competitor benchmarks
  • Support integration of new charging services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct regular status meetings
  • Provide project updates
  • Communicate project risks and changes
  • Track and report product performance
  • Monitor key metrics and budget
  • Improve activation rates
  • Create KPIs for features
  • Meet activation rates and key metrics
  • Ensure customer success with Genesis One app

  • 5 years

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
