CGS Account Officer(m/w/x)
Supporting program operations, advising international clients and brokers on trade credit solutions. AFA Insurance Intermediary Certificate (Non-Life module) required. International work environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking or equivalent
- AFA Insurance Intermediary Certificate (Non-Life module)
- At least 2 years of commercial assistant experience
- Experience in insurance, banking, claims or factoring organization
- Experience in multicultural or international environment
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative team spirit
- Highly organized with hands-on, proactive approach
- Strong business drive and results-oriented mindset
- High level of personal responsibility and initiative
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in English and German
- Knowledge of French as a plus
Tasks
- Support Account Managers with CGS program operations
- Advise local and international customers and brokers
- Prepare proposals and contractual terms with Account Managers
- Issue local policy documents based on global instructions
- Direct back-office teams to issue group policies
- Ensure the quality of all contractual documentation
- Supervise global policy activation and wording amendments
- Draft standard and customized Master Agreement wordings
- Provide direct support to policyholders and brokers
- Consolidate reports from various internal systems
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products
- Report on customer needs and competitive activities
- Follow compliance standards and financial regulations
