- Ability to understand and analyze complex circumstances
- Thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both English and German
Tasks
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and C-Level executives on key initiatives
- Prepare for leadership meetings and ensure smooth project execution
- Take ownership of impactful projects from idea generation to implementation
- Support daily operations and optimize internal processes
- Conduct targeted research on markets, competitors, and emerging trends
Education
- Bachelor's degree

- English – Business Fluent
- German – Business Fluent
