- Proven leadership in cross-functional teams
- Excellent English; fluency in another key market language preferred
- Digital fluency in Office 365 and product/marketing tools

- Monitor product creation processes and timelines
- Maintain product data integrity across systems
- Guide product data and attribute requirements
- Lead cross-functional collaboration
- Align Design, Development, and Marketing teams
- Deliver concept information to connected teams
- Ensure alignment with BU strategy
- Lead alignment with GTM, Brand Communications, and Marketing teams
- Build strategic partnerships across business units
- Contribute to data analysis for future decisions
- Track KPIs for financial planning and product improvement
- Manage team performance, staffing, and engagement
- Lead and develop a diverse team of managers and experts
