Tasks
- Strategically own and grow CMH B2B and DSE agenda
- Design and launch value-based, compliant partnerships
- Expand patient resources in private and digital healthcare
- Create new business models and develop executive relationships
- Secure B2B partnerships and drive commercial outcomes
- Set strategy and build the portfolio for CMH in Switzerland
- Define localized B2B and DSE playbook with clear priorities
- Incubate and scale partnership concepts like telehealth pathways
- Shape negotiation strategy and lead compliant contracting
- Build robust commercial plans and analytics
- Identify untapped opportunities through market mapping
- Monitor and optimize performance KPIs
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution with internal stakeholders
- Align Medical, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and operations teams
- Deliver seamless partner launches and sustained results
