Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in scientific or engineering field
  • •Years of experience in healthcare software leadership or minimum 5 years leading technology delivery
  • •Experience in Product Development, Technical Project Management or Software Engineering
  • •Strong management and team leadership skills
  • •Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills
  • •Functional knowledge of large-scale PLM systems
  • •Knowledge of CMII as an advantage
  • •Knowledge in Windchill, Modeler, and Thingworx
  • •Knowledge in Azure DevOps and Agile principles
  • •Fluency in English and German
  • •Willingness to travel internationally

Tasks

  • •Create and prioritize Agile team backlogs
  • •Author user, defect, and enabler stories
  • •Develop detailed feature specifications and instructions
  • •Create training materials for relevant teams
  • •Communicate product needs for iteration planning
  • •Write acceptance criteria and tests
  • •Collaborate with leadership on delivery objectives
  • •Report on product progress and value delivery
  • •Manage dependencies with solution architecture teams
  • •Sequence release schedules with delivery managers
  • •Lead iteration demonstrations for stakeholders
  • •Participate in retrospectives for continuous improvement
  • •Identify blockers with other capability architects
  • •Improve quality and reduce release times
