Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in international and multicultural setting
- Understanding of supply chain principles, contractual terms, and procurement best practices
- Experience managing multiple suppliers and complex project timelines
- Negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of German and/or French is a strong advantage
- Swiss or EU citizenship, or valid Swiss C residence permit
Tasks
- Source, negotiate, and procure goods or services for global projects
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and services within budget and quality standards
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for global projects
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance
- Execute project procurement tasks, including RFQs, bid analysis, negotiations, and PO issuance
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, or contractual issues
- Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, and Finance teams
- Provide cost, lead-time, and procurement risk assessments for project planning
- Maintain up-to-date procurement documentation, contracts, and supplier records
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and trade regulations

- 3 - 5 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
