- Manage customer and commercial activities.
- Lead and coach the Sales Force.
- Develop a vision and strategic plan for the German business.
- Manage and execute marketing brand activities.
- Manage and execute sales brand activities.
- Manage allocated Brand P&L for sales.
- Manage allocated Brand P&L for financial planning.
- Oversee Brand Team activities and processes.
- Represent affiliate business interests at internal meetings.
- Build a high-performing organization.
- Manage talent within the organization.
- Manage and build cross-functional cooperation.
- Collaborate with Global and Area teams.
- Maintain close relationships with KOLs.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with AbbVie Ways of Working.
