- Design tailored solutions.

- Drive innovations for patient and healthcare systems.
- Design the future of the Swiss business.
- Develop and implement account strategies.
- Set goals, plan actions, and track performance.
- Build and maintain strong C-level networks.
- Manage account planning and mapping processes.
- Define shared performance goals, financial targets, and milestones.
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations, including value-added services.
- Participate and lead the Swiss country leadership team.
- Create strategic plans to drive and advance Swiss business.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration among business units.
- Coordinate and influence Marketing, Health Economics, Clinical, and Service teams.
- Analyze market and reimbursement trends.
- Derive strategic actions from trends.
- Adapt national strategy accordingly.
- Position and sell the ADVANTICS™ portfolio (Services & Solutions).
- Execute projects improving healthcare efficiency and patient care.
