Requirements

  • Degree in Business, CS, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year Business Process Management experience
  • Experience using SAP Signavio or similar
  • Experience developing training concepts and materials
  • Experience providing trainings to business stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation
  • Familiarity with core process areas
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
  • Open, learning-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively across teams
  • Fluency in English
  • German proficiency preferred

Tasks

  • Develop a comprehensive training concept including methodology and tools
  • Create and improve business process training materials
  • Organize and deliver regular process training sessions
  • Integrate feedback into process documentation and improvements
  • Provide hands-on support to local and regional process experts
  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to promote BPM practices
  • Build a network for harmonized knowledge sharing
