Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, related field (master's preferred), or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive experience in developing training strategies and concepts for SAP S/4HANA transformation
  • Basic SAP S/4HANA knowledge across multiple modules
  • Extensive experience with training methodologies, tools, and platforms like SAP Enable Now
  • Basic knowledge of Business Process Management and BPMN 2.0
  • Excellent communication capabilities
  • Excellent change management capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder-management capabilities
  • Open, learning-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively across teams
  • Fluency in English
  • German proficiency preferred

Tasks

  • Develop training strategies and concepts for SAP S/4HANA business process implementation
  • Define training approach, methodology, tools, and processes
  • Provide training on executing implemented business processes
  • Define enablement principles and strategy
  • Define change management principles and strategy
  • Define training tools and systems
  • Set up training tools and systems
  • Coordinate training development, sequencing, and execution with ICT and Process & Data Organization
  • Build a network of training and enablement stakeholders
  • Facilitate collaboration among training and enablement stakeholders
  • Facilitate 'Train the Trainer' initiatives

Work Experience

  • approx. 4 - 6 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
