- Translate process requirements into structured, testable system specifications
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Tasks
- Act as Business Process Manager in Data & Knowledge product team
- Serve as key interface between business process owners, data & analytics teams, knowledge management stakeholders, and IT
- Analyze and structure business requirements for quality data, KPIs, reporting, and analytics
- Support definition of end-to-end data flows from source systems to analytical and reporting layers
- Contribute to design of quality dashboards and analytics products
- Ensure data solutions comply with GxP, data integrity, and internal standards
- Collaborate on data governance topics, including data ownership, quality rules, and metadata management
- Manage knowledge management processes
- Design and evolve knowledge management solutions for efficient access and reuse
- Translate business and user needs into functional requirements for knowledge platforms
- Enhance search capabilities and AI-supported knowledge retrieval
