- 10+ years in BDR team leader roles with prospecting and pipeline generation track record
- 5+ years in individual contributor BDR roles
- Demonstrated people management and team leadership skills
- Financial services, banking, and/or asset management industry experience
- Proven expertise with AI tools, automation platforms, and sales engagement technology
- Ability to understand complex products and translate into client value propositions
- Experience designing and optimizing BDR processes and strategies
- Organized, proactive, results-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability
- Valid work permit

- Implement AI-driven sales tools

- Bridge marketing and sales functions
- Own lead qualification and conversion
- Ensure seamless lead handoffs
- Establish best practices for outreach
- Implement consistent prospecting methodologies
- Optimize sales handover processes
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene
- Refine outreach effectiveness with data
- Establish and monitor KPIs
- Track BDR productivity and pipeline quality
- Deliver strategic reporting to leadership
- Leverage market intelligence for outreach
- Evaluate and implement sales technology
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations
