- •Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone manner
- •Comfort with speaking with new people and asking qualifying questions
- •Organizational skills, detail-oriented, and reliability in follow-up
- •Previous internship or working student experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service
- •Familiarity with SaaS / tech industry sales cycles or interest in photography
- •Basic understanding of CRM systems or HubSpot or Airtable experience
- •Interest in A.I., automation, and process optimization
- •Interest in developing a career in Sales or Business Development

- •Research leads to ensure fit
- •Apply basic qualification frameworks
- •Keep lead and account data updated in HubSpot and Airtable
- •Call inbound and outbound leads to confirm interest
- •Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email
- •Build and manage a portfolio with direct revenue impact
- •Enter and update all interactions in HubSpot and Airtable
- •Track lead status, activity, and conversion rates
- •Drive process optimization initiatives within SalesOps
- •Coordinate closely with Strategy, Sales, and Marketing
- •Share insights from conversations with Sales and Marketing teams
- •Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement
