Requirements
- Min. 2-5 years sales experience, ideally in similar industry
- Strong understanding of Swiss market, B2B behavior in French-speaking region
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot
- Ability to identify and approach decision-makers confidently
- Persuasive communication and winning personality
- Structured, detail-oriented work approach
- Operational, hands-on mindset, willingness to field work
- Passion for food, ability to inspire with food stories
- Native or bilingual French, strong English, German a plus
- Valid driving license
- Non-smoker
- Valid work permit or Swiss passport
Tasks
- Identify office catering tender opportunities in Romandie
- Leverage your network to develop new business
- Drive demand using cold calling and outbound techniques
- Contact prospects for FELFEL services
- Manage first contact for inbound and outbound leads
- Convert prospects through hands-on tasting experiences
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking
- Proactively follow up with prospects
- Drive deals forward
- Meet prospects in the field
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead contract negotiations aligning customer and FELFEL objectives
- Drive deals to closure
- Present proposals confidently
- Address prospect objections
- Secure long-term partnerships
