Business Developer - Datacenter(m/w/x)
Global datacenter component sales and strategy development for energy transition. Master's degree and extensive datacenter sales experience required. International work experience a plus.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in Sales, Business Development, Engineering, PLM, or R&D related to Datacenter business
- International work experience is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of datacenters energy dynamics
- Experience in market analysis and product strategy development
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to explain technically complex products and solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with systematic approach
- Ability to conduct deep market analysis
- Ability to contribute to strategic product planning
- Advanced English proficiency
- Additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
Tasks
- Act as an expert for global datacenter business development
- Drive and expand business opportunities for datacenter components
- Define new business fields and sales strategies
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D on strategic planning
- Develop growth plans for key customers and emerging markets
- Present new technologies and solutions to key customers
- Represent Trench Group at industry exhibitions and conferences
- Conduct advanced market analysis to identify trends
- Provide strategic feedback to shape product development
- Report findings and strategic insights to internal stakeholders

- Vocational certification
