Requirements

  • Erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer Automatisierungsprojekte (idealerweise mit Make, Zapier, Workato oder n8n)
  • Datenintegrität und Verständnis für API-Strukturen und Workflows
  • Problemlösungskompetenz und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Airtable oder relationalen Datenbanken; Grundkenntnisse in SQL (idealerweise)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Tasks

  • Automatisierungs-Szenarien bauen, warten und skalieren (vorzugsweise in Make/Celonis)
  • Wiederkehrende Aufgaben vollautomatisch abwickeln
  • Operative Prozesse automatisieren (Ticket-Routing, Eskalations-Workflows, Qualitäts-Checks, regulatorische Reportings)
  • Neue Automatisierungen testen (in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Patient Support, Medical Quality und Tech-Team)
  • Lückenlose Dokumentation sicherstellen
  • Manuelle Schritte im Arbeitsalltag identifizieren
  • Manuelle Schritte durch skalierbare No-Code/Low-Code Lösungen ersetzen
