Description

In this role, you will analyze business needs and define requirements while ensuring the integrity of solutions across applications. You will collaborate with Product Owners, manage project assignments, and support both development teams and junior engineers, all while contributing to continuous improvements in business engineering.

Requirements

• •6+ years experience in IT Business Analysis, requirement engineering, or similar
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Proficiency in process mapping, modelling, and requirements gathering
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
• •Practical knowledge in documenting complex systems
• •Excellent in written and spoken English
• •Experience in fraud detection or payments domain
• •Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration

Tasks

• •Support customers in analyzing business needs
• •Define and update business requirements specifications
• •Ensure solution integrity by detailing requirements and use cases
• •Design and refine end-to-end solutions across applications
• •Document business and IT requirements
• •Verify requests with Product Owners for alignment with strategy
• •Gather development cost estimates during project initiation
• •Act as the primary contact for Product Owners during demand and delivery
• •Manage project assignments and coordinate technical alignments
• •Write business specifications for the development team
• •Maintain up-to-date product documentation
• •Assist DevOps team in problem analysis
• •Communicate detailed requirements to relevant stakeholders
• •Support junior business engineers in their development
• •Contribute to improvements in business engineering approaches
