Requirements

  • •Degree in business administration with a focus on finance, economics, or comparable qualification
  • •Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis
  • •CPA, CFA, ACCA, or FRM qualifications are an advantage
  • •Extensive knowledge of Excel and experience of SAP
  • •Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, process improvement, and planning & organizational talent
  • •Financial and legal knowledge and business process management skills
  • •Fluency in English and proficiency in Korean

Education

Bachelor's degree

Vocational certification

3 - 5 years

Tasks

  • •Provide analytical forecasting and reporting
  • •Collaborate with finance teams across EU and CIS subsidiaries
  • •Define financial health and recommend actions
  • •Analyze performance and benchmarks
  • •Build a financial database by identifying information sources
  • •Ensure compliance with company regulations and requirements
  • •Support global internal control (SOX)
  • •Assess company operations to identify risks
  • •Prepare analysis reports based on monthly data
  • •Report forecasts and variances
  • •Determine KPIs and develop financial plans
  • •Suggest process optimizations for cost and work efficiency
