Tasks
- Develop strategic and tactical brand plans
- Manage sales presence in Germany and Switzerland
- Achieve market and financial targets
- Monitor volume, revenue, and gross margins
- Analyze market and competitive developments
- Implement specific sales and marketing campaigns
- Review and drive dealer action plans
- Coordinate between internal functions and partners
- Represent sales and marketing in committees
- Support credit and receivables management escalations
- Lead and develop the brand team
- Optimize organizational frameworks for target achievement
