- Drive growth in existing international markets

- Conduct consumer research to identify trends
- Identify innovation opportunities
- Identify unmet consumer needs
- Manage international categories
- Execute category strategy aligned with business objectives
- Implement international innovation roadmap
- Refine portfolio for growth and competitiveness
- Manage innovation projects end-to-end
- Lead projects from ideation to market launch
- Roll out brand guidelines internationally
- Support sales teams to activate brands
- Support distributors to activate brands
- Monitor post-launch performance
- Optimize products and lifecycle strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliant product launches
- Ensure successful product launches
- Co-lead the NEO team
- Manage external agencies and partners
- Develop forward-looking strategies for management
- Present forward-looking strategies to management
- Take responsibility for net sales
