- Train clients' sales force on products, decoration, sustainability
- Assist with sustainability and GOTS certification
- Guarantee up-to-date showroom merchandising
- Optimize dealer websites
- Audit Official Dealer Network criteria compliance
- Identify and suggest Dealer Network improvements
- Stimulate mindset changes to boost engagement and trust
