Brand & Activation Manager(m/w/x)
Developing and executing 360° campaigns for premium, trend-led beverage brands in foodservice. 3-5 years of FMCG brand activation experience required. International scope, high-growth category, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Requirements
- 3-5 years Brand/Trade Marketing/Activation (FMCG/Beverage)
- Passion for building premium, trend-led brands
- Strong commercial mindset and hands-on execution
- Experience in foodservice or distributor-driven environments
- Excellent storytelling and stakeholder skills
- Fluent English
- Other European language (ideally German, French, Spanish) is a plus
Tasks
- Develop and grow Watson Says portfolio and category strategy
- Transform insights into winning innovations, assortments, and LTOs
- Execute strong in-market activation through campaigns, events, POS, and sampling
- Create 360° campaigns and compelling content
- Support sales with sharp storytelling and customer-ready concepts
- Collaborate globally to shape a scalable beverage platform
