Requirements
- Higher degree (preferably PhD) in Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or similar
- Knowledge in bioinformatic analysis tools, Linux, Bash scripting, Python, or R
- Familiarity with plant transcriptomics, statistics, and microbial community analyses
- Experience with machine learning approaches, statistical models, and predictive analytics for biological datasets
- Developing reproducible analytical workflows
- Analytical thinking and scientific documentation
- Very good communication skills in English
