  • Advise Sales and Key Account Management on negotiations and frame agreement decisions
  • Ensure commercially sound bid outcomes
  • Manage resource, milestone, and budget planning end to end
  • Take full responsibility for cost optimization during the sales phase
  • Maintain financial control until project handover
  • Identify value drivers and areas for improvement with the Value Engineering team
  • Enhance execution concepts continuously
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement
  • Share standards on cost, concepts, and contractual alignment
  • Run initiatives across Bid Management and the Sales Value Chain
  • Contribute to global initiatives
  • Ensure local implementation of global initiatives
  • Act as a key knowledge holder for complex Bid Management interfaces
