- Partner with product and risk management teams
- Create pitch books and client-related presentations
- Manage key client relationships for transaction support
- Resolve client instructions and coordinate platform trainings
- Perform customer due diligence and KYC procedures
- Handle client onboarding documentation
- Initiate CRM workflows for account and product openings
- Coordinate tasks with internal and external teams
- Support Relationship Managers with ad-hoc inquiries
- Prepare internal control and compliance documentation
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degree
