Description

As a hands-on leader, you will shape the architecture of a scaling FP&A platform while guiding a team of Python engineers to ensure long-term system reliability and technical excellence.

Requirements

• •Extensive Python and FastAPI production experience
• •Proven experience as a Tech Lead
• •Understanding of scalable and distributed systems
• •Design of microservices or modular architectures
• •Knowledge of SQL data storage systems
• •Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• •Clean architecture and domain-driven design knowledge
• •Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs
• •Experience with Docker containerization
• •Excellent code review and mentoring skills
• •Balance of technical excellence and delivery
• •Solid experience with AWS cloud services
• •Experience in fintech or analytics platforms
• •Experience with event-driven systems and messaging
• •Experience with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
• •Experience with large-scale data processing
• •Experience in high-growth startup environments

Tasks

• •Drive technical direction for the FP&A platform
• •Lead architectural alignment across the engineering team
• •Ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• •Serve as the primary technical reference for backend topics
• •Review and challenge design proposals for high standards
• •Develop new features through hands-on coding
• •Enforce engineering processes and best practices
• •Refine features with Product, Data, and Frontend teams
• •Help engineers solve complex technical challenges
• •Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies
