Tasks

- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Serve as the primary technical reference for backend topics
- Review and challenge design proposals for high standards
- Develop new features through hands-on coding
- Enforce engineering processes and best practices
- Refine features with Product, Data, and Frontend teams
- Help engineers solve complex technical challenges
- Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies
